Havana Ochre - A deep, natural yellow pigment that has a golden brightness to it. This gorgeous natural earth pigment is mined in France. This is the perfect mixing yellow to give a soft, earthen quality to your colors. Mix with our Quin Gulaal or Quin Magenta to get the most gorgeous peach shades, to paint sunrises, sunsets or florals.

Rust Burnt Sienna - A brighter, redder cousin of our Mace Burnt Sienna, this is a rich earth pigment that is a traditional palette staple for every landscape. It mixes with other colors without losing its intensity or transparency. Mix with our Butterflypea Ultramarine blue to get dynamic shadow grays.

Mitti Burnt Umber - A rich, dark brown resembling dark chocolate, made of mineral earth pigment from Italy. An absolute must have in any watercolor palette. It makes rich granulating blacks when mixed with ( ultramarine blue? _____) Dilute it to get an enticing span of colors and granulation.

Bark Raw Umber - A natural, cool brown leaning slightly towards a greenish shade when compared to our warmer Mitti Burnt Umber. Perfect for cool shadows and for painting foliage in your florals. When mixed with Sap Green, it gives the mossiest, earthiest greens with a magical granulation.

Ultramarine Voilet - A stunning matte purple ultramarine pigment that is reminiscent of many flowers like violets, irises, crocuses, etc. I love using this in the sky when I paint orange sunrises/sunsets. The soft pinkish purple complements the orange hues perfectly.

4. Paddy Green - In Monsoons, the fields of villages nestled in the Western Ghats flame up in eye-catching green. This granulating color is inspired by that vision, with the blue settling and separating, much like the water that feeds the paddy fields.

5. Sap Green - An absolute must have on any landscape artist's palette, this is our take on the beloved natural green that is irreplaceable. Warm, rich, luxuriant and sappy, it belongs on your palette.

6. Henna Green - A highly granulating color, this color is inspired by the fragrant henna leaves that are grounded into a paste and applied to people's hands which leaves a warm orangish-red dye on the skin. The blue settles out of the warm yellowish green that gives your paintings texture and interest.

9. Alpine Lake Green - This vivacious teal-green is unlike anything else we've made. In wet washes, you'll find the blue delightfully separate from the yellow to create a dynamic interest element in your paintings, whether they be landscapes or abstracts or florals. This mid-range green is reminiscent of a still alpine lake that is so clear that you can see the rocks glimmer underneath it.
