Our Imperial Plus paper is an extremely high-quality watercolor paper that is handmade in an age-old paper mill in India.
Regarded by watercolorists as one of the best watercolour papers available, our paper is mould-made from 100% cotton, 220gsm, gelatin surface sized, has 4 deckle edges, and is made to high archival standards.
This paper's signature Cold Press Rough texture is created created using natural woolen felts giving an exquisite paper that’s very stable and durable.
Our Imperial Plus watercolor paper gives you upto 25% more paper surface because of its 33"x26" dimension, as compared to other name-brand Imperial sheets which are the standard size of 30"x22".
The four natural deckled edges add a romantic and authentic touch to your artworks, and it's perfect for float-framing.

Please Note : Since these are handmade papers, there is a possibility that you might not find perfect, parallel, straight edges. You might find minor imperfections too. But then again, that is the beauty of artisanal papers. Also, An additional shipping charge is applicable only for Full sheets of Imperial Plus Watercolor Paper and any bundles that include Full sheets of Imperial Plus Watercolor Paper. Because of their size and weight, the shipping costs us a lot. Since we've priced them to make them extremely affordable to artists, we actually make a loss when we don't charge for shipping. Basically, selling the sheets become unviable if we provide free shipping on them and I don't want to NOT share these excellent papers with other artists.
